Deputy Finian McGrath has put it up to the government on unemployment, poverty, social disadvantage and the drugs crisis. “I have heard a lot fine words this week about the great Tony Gregory and his sad death” said the North Central Independent T.D. “If these politicians are serious and genuine about Tony they should act immediately and exclude the weaker sections of society from any proposed cuts as a start” said Finian. “By all means go after the fat-cats and let them carry the brunt of the economic downturn” added McGrath
“IF THE GOVERNMENT ARE SERIOUS ABOUT HONOURING TONY GREGORY THEY SHOULD TACKLE UNEMPLOYMENT, SOCIAL DISADVANTAGE AND THE DRUGS CRISIS” Finian McGrath T.D. (Ind)
