a. Four additional gullies have been constructed on Clanmoyle Road. The river Wad culvert has been surveyed. CCTV surveys have been carried out. b. The catchment is currently being assessed to determine what improvement works may be feasible. This work is ongoing and will take several months to complete. It may be noted that the OPW booklet ‘Flooding, Plan, Prepare Protect' sets out a number of practical measures which householders can make themselves to flood proof their property. In particular page 41 lists nice companies, which can provide a range of anti-flood devices specially designed for properties which may be vulnerable to flooding. c. The Drainage Division is currently examining the possibility of extending the 750mm surface water sewer from the junction of Carlton Road/St. Aidan’s Park Road to the culvert in Fairview Park.
