City Manager’s Reply: Traffic Management Guidelines recommend permit parking where in excess of 80% of available on street parking is normally occupied during business.
Recent site investigations at the above location noted the concentration of parking at the lower end of the road. However, the overall occupancy on the road is less than 80% so it does not meet the warrant for permit parking. Traffic Management do not recommend permit parking on part of the road because it is not within the guidelines and it is unlikely to be acceptable.
