Councillors living on a different planet |

Deputy Finian McGrath (Ind.) has strongly lashed the City Councillors for increasing rates by 3% for small business people.
“What Planet are they living on in the current economic climate by screwing small businesses with a 3 per cent hike” said the North Central T.D.
All politicians should show leadership and support these people and their staff. We are all working to stimulate the economy in order to create jobs. These Dublin City Councillors should hang their heads in shame. Local Government leadership is part of this process. Deputy McGrath was speaking after meeting the Northside Chamber of Commerce group.
