An Ceann Comhairle
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing 32 to discuss an issue of national importance namely:
- (1) the urgent need to support all Cystic Fibrosis patients in this State
- (2) Welcomes the opening of the 9 ensuite beds at St. Vincent’s Hospital and also the recent planning permission decision at Beaumont Hospital which gave the go ahead to build another Cystic Fibrosis Unit and finally calls on the Minister for Health and Children the Minister for Finance and the Government to ensure that finance is still made available to complete the National Centre which includes 34 ensuite rooms for Cystic Fibrosis patients at St. Vincent’s Hospital.
