Finian McGrath welcomes latest Poll showing Independents up to 10% |

Deputy Finian McGrath has warmly welcomed the increase for Independents in the latest poll. We have gone up from 6% in May 2007 to 10% in February 2009.
However now it is time for economic patriotism and tough decisions that spread the burden across all strands of society especially the wealthier sections.
McGrath spoke last week at a Seminar in Athlone regarding the Role of the Independent Politician in modern Ireland organised by Marian Harkin MEP.
