FINIAN MCGRATH EXPRESSES HIS DEEPEST CONCERN ON ATTACKS IN MARINO AREA
Deputy Finian McGrath has expressed his concern about a spate of recent attacks on young people in the Marino and Dublin 3 areas of the City. A number of older youths are beating up smaller boys for no reason at all.
“I am very concerned about this as there has been a number of injuries and children are afraid to go out to play” said McGrath
“Parents have been on to me and I have made representations to the Gardaí, Clontarf. I will also be raising it in the Dail next week with the Minister for Justice” added the Independent T.D.
“This type of bullying is not at all acceptable and action has got to be taken. The solution lies in finding the culprits soon before someone dies and more community Gardaí on the best” said Finian |
