McGrath welcomes Stardust Families Victory |

Deputy Finian Mcgrath has warmly welcomed the refusal by the Planning Department for Unit 33 at Butterly Park, Artane, Dublin 5. “It’s a sensible decision and a major victory for the Stardust families” said McGrath
The Planning Department refused because (1) adverse impact (2) seriously injure the amenities of the residents (3) Noise and disturbance.
“This is a sensible planning decision and a vote of support to the families of the 48 dead at the Stardust Site” added the Independent T.D. |
