Please accept my warmest congratulations on your recent re-election to Dail Eireann by the constituents of Dublin North Central. You can be justifiably proud of this great achievement.

I wish you well as you take forward your vital work with your colleagues in the 31st Dail. This is a challenging time in the history of this island as we seek to move past economic challenges to rebuild an equitable and sustainable prosperity for its people. The issues of emigration, employment and rebuilding our financial system will be among the many challenges for the 31st Dail. Your previous Dail experience will be of great value as you continue to play a role in the debate on the future of our country. I am very pleased that you have chosen to continue to be part of what will be a very important period for our country and our citizens.

I know that public life places many pressures and demands on Deputies and their families. I thank you sincerely for your sense of commitment to the wider good of the community in being prepared to continue in this demanding role.
