Dear Deputy McGrath,
We have received a request from Mr Mark Coughlan, Freelance Journalist and Blogger under the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003 seeking access to records as follows:
A breakdown of all salaries paid to Members of the Oireachtas for the following years: 2004, 2003.

Mr Coughlan will receive a copy of a spreadsheet from our salaries system. Please details below of payments made to you for the requested period. Amounts which appear as retro payments are in association with pay deals such as PVG which were backdated to the appropriate date and paid as arrears in the payroll.
