I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your intervention in relation to funding for ones PET Scan in the Mater Hospital in August 2009.

The VHI has now written and the Mater has also advised that a refund of monies will take place in due course. I would also like to place on record my thanks to the staff in Beaumont for the way they have gone about my care. without which I would not have survived the surgical procedures in the past and for their concern.

Could I also pay tribute to Finian McGrath TD and his staff for his representation. Thank you again to all involved re the satisfactory resolution to this matter.
